Man, this game sucks. I don't really recall having any great love for it, but it's much worse than I remembered.

Maybe this uninspired outer space shooter would be more enjoyable if the graphics weren't so poorly conceived that the action is impossible to follow. Maybe if the weapons and powerups weren't so lame, or the plot were more meaningful, there would be some incentive to keep playing. Or maybe if the enemies weren't all largely indistinguishable, there would be some challenge to it.

The only high point is the solid music, which, incidentally, is completely inappropriate for a space game.

Oh well. Can't win them all.
