This is a horrid little game. You are on an airbrushed world where sorry-looking bitmaps chase you around and you have to shoot them. This game will not work on anything faster than a 386, and to top that off, it sucks anyway. You can't control your ccharacter either. I suppose the graphics are okay for 1989, and I assume that the author was an 11-year-old boy due to the grammar in the readme file and the shoddiness of the game. I would not recommend this unless you know S. Larratt personally and wish to embarrass him.

"I can't believe people still download that piece of crap. Very embarrassing."

How dare you mock this game!

This game is what gives this site substance, with out this site it would be like Homer without Marge, Albot without Costello. Seigfried without Roy. You mockery of this game shows how little appreciation you have for the deeper plot. I mean it was, like, so, like, deep! Play the game backwords and then you shall know that we all will eat it when the snakes rise up! So Darius, rethink your review before the ugly green pelican eats your cat!

G-d bless America and the 1st ammendment which keeps crazys like me out of jail.

Alien

Gosh, everybody wants perfection nowadays. I can't understand where someone that has played games for ANY length of time can so critically criticize this game. Keep in mind, Darius, that this game was created around 1989, and that graphics and gameplay were experimental, AT BEST. Sure, if a new computer is ALL you use to play the games on, and if huge graphical dos and windows games is all you download, with requirements of up to 500mhz and 128 megabytes of ram and huge demands on your system is the only kind of games you play, I can see how you may be a little critical of this game. But if you played games for ANY length of time and have used the older 8088, 286, 386, and 486 systems that came BEFORE your brand new Pentium 4 system with everything on it, and have BOTHERED to try this game on an older system that's not your brand new Pentim 4, or whatever they have out nowadays, you would see that this game is good for what it was created for, to play and that's all.
Of course, you might just be a new-booty who's just trying to show off his new Pentium, (funny how wet behind the ears new-booties is all that they want to do),you might not care about the quality of this game, just about how you can impress others with your computer.
You see, a REAL GAMER is not interested in showing off his brand new computer, but in taking into account what he plays. Being a gamer is not just being able to play a game, it's being able to tell whether or not the game does what it was made for, and then comment on that, without calling it crap or any other derrogative name. A real gamer loves games, and can't get enough of them. He or she finds themselves caught up in the story, and like any other good book, wants to see it through to the end. They don't bad-mouth any games or any other such thing. I hope you are a gamer for enough time to be able to tell between a good game and a bad game. But remember, NO game is useless, they are all different, and the real gamer can tell between the two.
I hope you learn something from this, and that you bother to buy more than one type of system before you badmouth another game again.
